About Wattovia

Wattovia is a buying-guide site about portable power and home backup: portable power stations, solar generators, UPS battery backups, high-capacity power banks, portable solar panels, and car jump starters.

We exist for one reason: buying a power station is confusing. Capacity, output, chemistry, recharge time — every brand publishes the numbers differently, and prices move constantly. So we do the boring work for you: pull the specs from the manufacturers, verify the prices, and lay it all out in plain tables so you can compare honestly.

What we’re not: we’re not a testing lab, and we don’t pretend to be. Our picks are built from verified specifications and exact prices — research you can check yourself, not claims about hands-on tests we didn’t run. (Our full method is on the How We Pick page.)

How we’re funded: reader-supported through affiliate links, disclosed on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Commissions never decide our picks.

We’re building Wattovia out category by category. If something on the site looks wrong or out of date, tell us via the Contact page — corrections are how a site like this gets better.
